a note to my mind/ego:
Let me(us) experience and release the anger sadness disappointment from life, people, experiences, and ourselves.
It is unavoidable; the anger-sadness-disappointment merely shows where I search for security, peace and happiness where it is not found. I still search for and put forth effort to create a final state of paradise, a time-place of uninterrupted happiness.
Regardless of division, differences, and separation and incessant change we are whole, we are one.
Here and now is complete, even the anger, sadness, and disappointment, conflict, peace, hypocrisy, judgement, contradiction, success, failure, simplicity, complexity, luxury, hardship, manifest, unmanifest, verbal, nonverbal, the eternal to do list, progress, improvement, maintenance, creation, destruction, preservation that is never finished, the physical mental emotional pain (and pleasure) the eternal play of rajas tamas and sattva.
