a note to my mind/ego:
here we are again experiencing the anger, sadness, disappointment
Let me experience and release the sadness anger disappointment from life, people, experiences, and ourselves.
It is unavoidable; the anger, sadness, disappointment merely show that I am tricked by my mind, searching for personal security, peace, happiness and fulfillment where they are not found. I still search for and put forth effort to create a final state of paradise, a time-place of uninterrupted happiness, pleasure, comfort, security and permanent satisfaction. (Still attached to gross and subtle objects and circumstances called me). My mind is delusional, and always operates convinced that the paradise exists anywhere and anytime but here and now, always dependent on various conditions being met.
Regardless of division, differences, separation and incessant change we are whole, we are one. We are different expressions of the same life, regardless of various types of attributes, inequality, irreconcilable differences, and incompatible desires. I admit that I don’t always live in this awareness.
Here and now is complete, even the anger, sadness, and disappointment, conflict, peace, hypocrisy, judgement, contradiction, success, failure, simplicity, complexity, luxury, hardship, manifest, unmanifest, verbal, nonverbal, the eternal to do list, progress, improvement, maintenance, creation, destruction, preservation that is never finished, the physical mental emotional pain (and pleasure) the eternal play of rajas tamas and sattva.
Interesting to note: stillness is an illusion, earth rotates and orbits the sun, the sun moves, the galaxy moves…
Things, circumstances, and people change regardless of what we believe and what is apparent, and they do not always bend to our personal desires and fears.
Again, remember, the only real question is who am I. I keep searching for the answer in attributes and labels, knowing that there isn’t one.
